My motorhome had a flat battery. A D-ten truck was passing and saw me trying to jump start. The driver stopped without asking, and jump started the motorhome for me. He didn't have to. He asked for nothing in return. He just stopped to help. If ever I need help with my vehicles, I know where to go. Seriously impressed!

Absolutely brilliant service from the the time I phoned (Jenny) to the service provided (Dan). I needed my ailing caravan picked up from storage and delivered to my drive. Also on the return trip back to Cardiff I needed my MX5 dropped off at my brilliant mechanic (Gary) for its very long overdue MOT. Dan was very professional taking his time to make sure all was secure before setting off. A very courteous and professional young man. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Dten.

I called DTen when my car broke down and needed a tow to a garage. They were quick to answer the phone, really friendly and great at keeping me updated on how long things would take (which wasn’t long at all!). They made what was a stressful experience as relaxed as it could be. Overall really pleased with the great, friendly service at a great price. I have their number saved should I ever need them again and will be recommending them to anyone who asks!

This company is amazing. I was stuck on the A470 for hrs trying to find someone who would come out and change my flat tyre to no avail. Jenny who answered the phone was so kind and re assuring and her husband was with me in half an hr. Price was so cheap compared to what I was quoted by the RAC and I was back on the Rd in 10 mins. I'm so grateful to them and would most definitely recommend.

A big thank you to DTen Recovery of Cardiff. He recovered our 25 yr old daughter and her three friends today when our daughters Renault Clio’s backbox fell off on the A48M while they were on a weekend visit driving into Cardiff.
Never a good sign when your daughter rings dad in a panic asking what to do.
DTen turned up and took them straight to A & M exhaust centre of Cardiff, who on a Saturday amazingly had the backbox replacement in stock.
Thanks to DTen who turned up really quickly to get them off the Motorway. A bit of a worry when they are stuck broke down on a motorway.

Flat tyre on the side of the A470 at 7pm. They had my tyre in stock and was back on the road in less than 90minutes. Great service from the lady in the office and the gent in the van. Absolutely spot on and will be using for my tyres from now on!
