Zero stars if I was allowed to put that and post. Dreadful company, fitted a pump to my septic tank, which wasn't fit for purpose. Sent an operative to check it out. He said yes we have various options to cure this problem, never heard from them again despite chasing them twice

Thank you EWM for the hard work you put into getting my drainage pipework flowing again!
My sinks, shower, and bath all backed up and wouldn't flow out to the septic tank in the end.
Your telephone staff were very polite, and your on site operatives were polite and courteous.
