AVOID TRADING WITH THEM!!!
They sent me a message stating they would buy and collect my car on a Sunday. That day and 3 hours before I was expecting them I sent a message to confirm and they told me to pospose it to Monday.
On Monday they told me they would call me and they didnt. When I called them they weren't picking up the phone and when I called from another number they picked it up!! They told me to come around 15.30 and at 18.00 I was still waiting for them! When I called them again they did not pick up the phone and not even replied to my messages.
Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL and disgusting service.

Had spoken to a few company's but essex car salvage was suggested by a friend, was very easy to arrange and6 the collection of my vehicle was done the same day and i was also pleased with the cash back!

They made me travel all the way to chelmsford and then wouldnt pick up the phone to me at all.

They are time wasting, unprofessional people that are happy to waste peoples time and deliberately not pick up the phone.
