I worked here as an agency worker, I had to take two days off because my lil dog became gravely ill so I had to take her to the vets and subsequently to be cremated. Ubico fired me one hour before my dog was due to be sent onto her long peaceful sleep.

Ubico promotes family values and pro mental health wellbeing for their staff!

I’m utterly disgusted by the way they’ve treated me.

I've had to use Fossecross a few times recently to sort my mother's place out and the staff at the site are always smartly attired, very polite, friendly and willing to give a helping hand to their clients.
The site itself is always organised and kept tidy which is a credit to the staff considering the nature of the facility.

Had a visit today for household waste, booked wrong (my mistake) and only had the van for an hour spoke to the man and he kindly let me in and helped unload the van. Very helpful and appreciated the help. Thank you

Having recently moved house I have been making regular visits to the site over the past few months. The guys at the site have always been most helpful and if they have seen me struggling they help out. The site is well organised and well. My last visit was a bit of a disaster as my car broke down and had to be towed away …..eventually. The guys at the site were really helpful and accommodating. Thanks to everyone.
