I accidentally put my daughters prised olaf and hulk build a bear in with our donations. She was heartbroken when she realised what I had done. I contacted the fundraise&recycle team to see if there was any chance they could help us.
They replied really fast and were very understanding and asked me to send them over a picture so they knew exactly what they were trying to locate.
After a couple of hours they sent a picture over they had managed to locate them and said they would post back to us. And truento their word they did.
We are so grateful, my daughter is so happy to have them back on her bed. The team went out of their way to help us I will be extra careful with our next donations.

What can I say apart from what a amazing company and team, The way things were explained from beginning was second to none and the things yous do for charity is absolutely outstanding, I attended a charity event for Ukraine 🇺🇦 and the works you guys put into it again amazing , the schools benefit from the clothes banks all in all 100% one off company keep doing what yous are doing OUTSTANDING 👏 YOUS SHOULD BE PROUD

Absolutely fantastic work carried out by the team at Fundraise and Recycle. The work they carry out in communities around the North East is second to none. Nothing is ever too much work for them. Would highly recommend having one of their clothes banks on site.

An amazing genuine business, what a great way for us to get rid of any clothing that is no longer a use to us but could be treasure to another. So glad to know that it goes to a good cause. Staff are helpful, respectful and very professional. If you don’t already, please think about using this service in the future!
