All the staff are friendly and helpful. Easy to identify where to put what. Road in is raised so bins are the perfect height for unloading cars.

Easy to use. Drive up and throw your stuff down into the bays, unlike my previous address, We had to climb metal stairs which never felt safe, especially if carrying heavy items. Staff at Hailsham are very helpful too.

Disappointed the wood bin is now up a flight of stairs. Very difficult for older people. Thanks to the lovely Faye who saw us struggling & helped us unload all our wood & carried it upstairs for us.

No one knows what's going on in people's lives and today I thought I'd keep busy and take a load of stuff to tip but struggled.
The staff were amazing helped me clear my car. I could have cried something so simple as a smile and someone being kind.

It isn't my local site, but I agreed to help a friend. The guy I spoke to was really friendly and helpful. I never thought there would be an opportunity to leave a review but it came up as a place I have visited so I did! Although smaller it seems more user friendly than my local site. The five stars are well deserved based on my visit ?

Every time l make a visit to Hailsham Household Waste the staff are friendly and helpful.
Also when l have made a visit the site it is well organised, and staff always put the public Health & Safety first.

Very efficient, friendly and helpful staff.
With social distancing, only three bays are open and is operating a one in one out system. Expect delays as cars are queuing along station road although they are not taking vans or commercial vehicles at the moment, but check the website for any updates. They are not taking any commercial or building waste either but again check their website.
