Well booking is a must so we thought that works. However last we we sat in a que for nearly the entire slot we had booked with at least 10 other cars as skip lorry moved around the site. Today straight in. Perhaps EBC could work closed slots each day to work with skip movements to make a more efficient customer experience and prevent total grid lock outside the centre.

Time slots work well, but if you are not sure of where something goes and ask, you will not get service with a smile. But hey, it's the same in most shops nowadays.
I guess there is not a great deal of job satisfaction working outside with people's rubbish.

OK so I had to wait to get in, no problem they were sorting the "bins" so no-one could. When they had finished we were lin and out quickly. The staff were very helpful in making sure I used the right bin, and as always they were very courteous. They are a great team.

Now pre-booking of a particular vehicle is required, at a specific 30 minute time slot, I found the whole experience surprisingly painless. Pre-booking was easy, arrived with no queue, good social distancing and very helpful staff. Never imagined I'd ever review a municipal dump, and certainly not give one 5 stars! Well done!

Going to "the dump" was never a highlight of my week, but I do like it a lot better now you have to book an appointment slot. No more queueing . Hope they keep this system. Staff are helpful.
