I must say that the young lads are always restful and helpful but older guy needs to take some lessons In how to speak to the public. He is rude disrespectful and obnoxious. He needs to realize that all people are not like himself. Shotton in future for me the staff are generally far better.

Found the more elderly staff member quite rude when I left an item on the side instead of putting it in the skip. I misheard a younger staff member who I thought said to leave it there. I don't expect to be spoke to like that when it was an innocent mistake so my recommendation is to use Shotton, never had any problems with the staff there.

The staff are very helpful. You need to be careful about when you go it can get very busy at weekend and bank holidays and you end up queuing on the road.

Very helpful staff, however times state both online and on site it should be open till 6pm Sunday. It was closed and Gates locked by 4pm, leaving us with a car full of rubbish with nowhere to place it.

Have used Horden skip quite a bit just prior to lockdown. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Prefer this one to our local one in Hartlepool.
