I use the tip maybe three times a year and I dread it , the gentleman there is polite and very helpful I would personally give him 5star review , but the woman there is absolutely awful, she just stares and moans at you , she would never think of giving you a smile , she is condescending, rude , and it amazes me how she still has a job there .

Where would Kington be without this place.? Very helpful staff and friendly too. You can get rid of all your unwanted items from TV’s to Teddies ( in charity container ) Cooking Oil to Rubble and Soil..it is brilliant..well done Kington, you got something right..

The lady in charge was extremely rude, unhelpful and condescending...utter disgrace for a public service..will not be using this centre again.. the gentleman however was polite and friendly.
