Absolutely cannot recommend these guys enough. Mine was not quite a house clearance but lots of other items that we could not deal with ourselves. Leroy was very honest and on time with his appointment and the day after Neal and Nick turned up! Fabulous service guys. This is the easiest review to write! I cannot recommend this company enough. I needed to clear my father's property after he passed away just before Christmas. It was an extremely stressful and sad time for me. I was overwhelmed by the enormity of the task. Having searched for house clearance companies, I came across Lucas and sons and having read so many positive reviews, I decided to contact them. I sent a message and received a response immediately, arranging a meeting the next day. Leroy was professional, informative and empathetic and I knew straight away I had made the correct decision. The house clearance was carried out a couple of days later and Leroy and his team did an amazing job especially as it was not an easy property to clear. I was kept informed of the progress throughout and sent photos at the end. They left everything clear and tidy and quite honestly the transformation was astounding. I am so grateful for how efficient and kind they have been and at such a difficult time, this has taken a huge amount of stress away. I will not hesitate to recommend them in the future. It is hard to find reliable and trustworthy companies and we should definitely support them and spread the word.

It was my lucky day when I picked Leroy and team to clear a relative's house. Being three and half hours travel time away I needed a company I could trust. That is exactly what I got. A couple of texts supported with a couple of phone calls and the job was done, no fuss. Leroy even left the place spotless as the 13 photographs showed. Even the estate agent said he seemed nice!

A big Thank you to Leroy and his team for the amazing job carried out on our parents flat.It was too daunting and stressful for us to contemplate doing ourselves. Leroy provided a totally professional service right from the initial phone call to his visit to check that was required to providing a written quote. Contacted Leroy at Lucas & Son early this week with a view to a house clearance. Leroy was very friendly and helpful, despite me ringing him when he was on holiday. Paul came and assessed what wanted removing the same day. He contacted Leroy who gave me a very reasonable quote, which I accepted and the job was done this morning, Thursday. Paul and Nick arrived spot on time, worked systematically through the bungalow in a very pleasant manner and were finished by 11.00. Absolutely faultless and I can’t thank them and recommend them highly enough. One very happy customer. Thanks Lads.
