Can’t say anything but good things about this company! I needed a next day appointment and they responded immediately. The communication is brilliant, I sent some pictures of what I needed removing and I had a price within minutes. Extremely reasonable price as well. I had my appointment in the space of 10 minutes. We used The Best Service Group, One Clean for a collection of site waste today. The property is on a main road with double yellow lines on both sides of the property, so a Skip is problematic and I didn’t have the labour available to fill the skip in a short window, so a collection which includes the labour was a great alternative for us. They also charge exactly for what they take away, so it doesn’t have to fill the van. It worked out as a really good solution for us and we will be using them again in the future. Great service!

My experience with this team was excellent . Their service was outstanding. There was always someone on the other side of phone . Everything was updated to me via text. Two staff came and did my job absolutely fabulously. They took payment after they took everything on their van not before which made me more happy. The whole team was 5*.
