My mum, an older and recently widowed lady, hired a skip to begin clearing out her late husbands shed. Unfortunately the man who delivered the skip was very rude to her when she was trying to move her car out the way, and shouted at her. When she then called to ask for the skip to be picked up, he (or a colleague - but I'm going to assume the same man) was incredibly condescending and laughed when she asked for her full skip to be picked up ASAP. He said 'I take it you've never had a skip before, so you don't know what I'm going to say' rather than just explain that it would be a couple of days. In fact, yes, mum has never had a skip before as her husband was the one who sorted all these things. Absolutely unacceptable service and way to speak to customers, especially an older lady.

We used this company for 5 skips and they damaged the road. Told to deal directly with the driver regarding this who admitted he had caused the damage but responded with I can patch it up but it will look a mess. Taken this up with company who 2 months later do not reply or help. Very poor customer service over the phone at the office.
