Very good charity shop! You can find a variety of items (anything from furniture to books and memorabilia of all sorts)! They are probably one of the just few places where hardback books are accepted for donation! Convenient for drivers too since it’s just across the road from the car park (behind Sainsbury’s) where you have 90mins limit! Thank you, Oxfam!

This charity shop has a huge amount of books and furniture to browse through - was difficult not to keep browsing the books in particular! Always a treasure to find in this shop, and different each time we go in.

The staff are lovely and are always wanting to help where they can. The shops kept well.

The mamanager went above and beyond today. The staff are always kind and helpful and the shop always sells really amazing and interesting things but today the manager Simon went above and beyond. I unfortunately was being followed around Shirley and after walking into Oxfam a gentleman pointed the man out and after confirming I didn't know him he went to a member of staff and the manager Simon quickly and calmly asked if I wanted to sit in the back of the shop while I waited for my friend to pick me up just incase the man came in. He offered me coffee, teas, water and showd me where the toilets were just in case. He allowed me to stay back there while waiting for my friend and was so kind when I left. Thank you so much Simon I really appreciate what you did for me today and I'm sorry you were involved in such a thing.

Super friendly and helpful staff. They have a fantastic collection of books. It took a lot of self discipline to not browse and buy more but I kept reminding myself that I'd just donated 3 crates full of books...

Awful customer service experience. They arrived earlier than arranged making me rush to get there, to then turn down a perfectly fine piece of furniture saying they would not be able to sell it so were not interested. Then justified himself by saying I had a booked a viewing of the furniture and not a collection - which wasn’t true. Very ungrateful, will not be donating anything to Oxfam in the future.

Organised a sofa collection. They came 4 hours earlier than expected and stated they couldn't pick up the sofa because the springs are broken. No idea what they are talking about, the sofa is fine. Guess the charity is doing pretty well to turn down donations!

Good staff good
No haggling room or offset the delivery charge but I did ask but was a firm NO
Maybe in these times of osterity its better to sell for a few quid less than not at all
I did make a purchase and I am happy the the service so far.
