Hugely exceeded expectations in terms of service and amount paid! Normally like a fish out of water being in an ‘industrial’ environment, my expectation was the norm of monosyllabic gruff treatment. However, from the moment I entered the site I was greeted politely, the system was explained, the office staff were incredibly polite and efficient and the operatives were helpful and friendly. Can’t recommend highly enough - great 1st time experience!
