I’ve had two visits with my car and large trailer over the last week and I must say that this has been the best experiences I’ve had up there in years! There was a new member of staff called Jack, who was extremely helpful, polite and welcoming. Not only did he advise / assist with what needed to go where, he also made time to speak to people whilst he was keeping the areas clear. Everyone I spoke to has had the same experience with this member of staff and the whole experience wasn’t stressful at all. I think the other staff members could learn a lot from him in terms of public relations.

We visited this site this morning arrived a bit early but was received courteously and welcomed,directed around the site as necessary. Really well organised,clean & efficiently run.Overall helpful & pleasant experience. Thank you.

They need to get with the times. Have recently moved here from another county and honestly this is the worst recycling centre I have ever used…turned up not realising it was booking only and even though it was quiet I was not afforded any slack. When I try and book it’s normally a couple of weeks waiting as it’s fully booked. It doesn’t work for me as my weekend plans change regularly and guess what I work during the week.

So I now do my recycling in another county as it’s easier. I have taken pride in what I recycle for years but this place has taken the joy out of what should be a good thing to do.

A little bit of pragmatism at times goes a long way.

More precise help from staff in terms of what goes where would be appropriate instead of just pointing, and then it ends up in the wrong bin ?

There should be a contact number or facility to leave a voice messsage directly to the site . l have just had a very positive experience . but cant be using up more time not speaking to a human being

Great site with extremely helpful workers! I managed to get a flat tyre on the way in and everyone was so kind and helpful getting my tyre replaced. Don't know what I would have done that day without them! Thank you Russel in particularly.
