Ordered a skip a week in advance.
Told that it would be delivered in the afternoon after I had to ring to see why it hadn’t been delivered.
No skip arrived.
Tried to phone but message service was full !!!
At 6.45 am, the next morning , at the crack of dawn, I was awoken by the driver knocking on my door to drop the skip & collect the money.
NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER as to why the skip was not delivered on the day it was booked.
WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Will deal with a more customer focused company in the future !

The bin lorry was blocking me from leaving the back lane on station road in Whitley bay at 2pm, even though the lads seen me, it was like I was invisible. They don’t have manners it’s like they were dead zombies doing a job they hate, no acknowledgement or anything unfortunately

I must disagree with Mr Mitchell's post. I ordered a skip for Monday and it arrived at 8.00am. It was filled by the Tuesday afternoon and at 4.00pm I asked Remondis to collect it. I also advised that it had to be removed by Friday at the latest. It was collected at 5.00pm on the same Tuesday. This is the second time I have used them and they are first class

Appalling company who just dumped a large skip in the middle of the road blocking all traffic. The driver was asked to move it and he said “tough I am leaving it here”. Photo sent to council enforcement officers. If there is a fire or emergency there is no access to streets in the estate.
