I mean, it is a recycling centre. It was open, clean and easily accessible.

Usually a busy site and, in my opinion, a little too small for the area this is an always clean and well maintained Recycling centre. There are always staff on hand to offer advice or help with items you can’t manage.
Have never had a problem here except maybe for getting on to the site when there is a line of traffic often leading back to the main road. Apart from that I can’t fault the service provided.

I was surprised how easy it is to use this service. I went on a weekday morning and there was no waiting around. The staff were excellent and helpful. It can be stressful enough spring cleaning to have to tackle a task in going to the tip, but not this place.

Went today about 2pm, as I arrived there were about 10 vehicles waiting. A large wagon came out and those waiting went straight in. The girl at the gate was giving directions as well as making all persons visiting aware of the covid rules. I don't know her name but she was a breath of fresh air. Well done.

Very difficult for a disabled person to use this facility. It's not possible to park in the vicinity of area you need to get to. Climbing steps carrying waste that we are all aware should be recycled, whilst using a walking stick is really difficult. Rarely any assistance from staff. Queueing from 4.25 one day last week. Only 7 cars away from the entrance. Only 2cars allowed in. Lots came out. Travelled 5 miles to recycle and help the environment. Had to drive back again the following day?

The last three trips to the tip have not been very encouraging, I remember using the tip when the operatives would help you without you having to ask now they just stand and watch, I’m 74 years old and disabled with lung disease I park in the disabled parking space ( when it’s not got a white van in ) but still get no offer of help, no hello, please or thank you for sweeping up after myself, if the guys are not happy to then they should move on , sorry for the rant but not a happy chap.
