Usually brilliant. Can’t and won’t complain as I’ve used torquays branch for years and always been treated well. Today was different, Keith on the front desk was not a pleasure to be served by. I know people have problems and can be in a bad mood but it’s not on to project it to customers

Bought a reel of coax and a antenna loft fixing kit.

Excellent place for all who needs anything for the DIY jobs we all put off, you'll find it a bit cheaper than B&Q and shops similar... Friendly helpful staff who have an extensive knowledge range of of most things to do with all trades... High quality and I would absolutely recommend you try it.... Excellent Covid-19 restrictions too

Just screwfix in general every time I need tools they never have them in stock it's always next day collection and then it's in the afternoon.

I've only just discovered what a gem this place is. My first visit was to buy a strong padlock with a key. The person I spoke to for advice was so helpful and patient; I bought exactly what I needed. The second visit was 'Click and collect' for 2.5m of very good quality downpipe at half the price I was expecting to pay. Blisteringly fast collection - and with a smile from the staff. Highly recommended.

I was quite frustrated with what i heard in store, an older gentleman was collecting an order and was repeatedly told (in quite a brash tone) that he needed to sign in to collect it. No one seemed bothered with helping him or even being polite to the poor bloke, just dismissive and irritated. I understand you have systems in place like this but i don’t think they are particularly user friendly.. especially to the older generation of customers. Overall a miserable experience.
