I've been going here for years on end and never had a problem at all I've all why's unloaded my own van and never had a problem with that at all. if I've ever had a query they all ways answered and helped along the way and pointed me in the right direction and I have all ways had a laugh with the staff as we'll if I needed a hand with anything on the van I've all ways asked for help and they did help and lend a hand when needed can't fault them one bit at all

they don't buy copper pipes because I had no car? What kind of policy is that? (they didn't even ask for ID or driving licence).
Considering most people concerned about the environment (and keen on recycling like myself) prefer not to use a car (if there is no need to)...then I found this policy rather absurd.

The staff refused to assist offlading the metal, when they clearly did offload the other customers van ahead of us so we did withdraw and took our business somewhere else. Would never deal with this business and would not recommend it to anyone.
