The consultant I saw was very easy to talk to, put me at ease, and listened!

My husband's been here for a short while in his own room. Cares been good and he seems to gradually be getting better. I usually am offered a cup of tea by a lovely lady there but today I was refused one when my husband had his by a different miserable.looking lady she was quite rude and I found this very upsetting especially with the very hot weather we are having! I actually cried outside in my car because of her attitude, totally uncalled for! Parking is difficult very limited space usually.
I am posting this in my.maiden name as I haven't been able to change it yet.

This is mainly a rehabilitation hospital but does offer outpatients appointments. There is no minor injuries unit or A&E department. The nearest one can be found at tenby cottage hospital or withybush hospital. There is plenty of free on site parking

Waited 15 minutes on the phone, no idea of if I was in a queue or anything so just hung up. Rang back and same situation. Rang back for a third time, could hear background voices and then someone hung up. Disgusting service.

My appointment was for 13:15. I was seen, had the scan I was there for, and back out by 13:45. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Everything is explained.

Great pain clinic and physio depth for area. Could be better but out in the sticks here so low priority and less government and council money to fund
