Hugely Overpriced. Large selection of fantastic reclamation stuff, but silly prices. 2 13ft cast iron urns for £25k down to small chimneys for £110. Went down the road to Winchcombe and bought a small chimney for £35. Despite the fact that the yard was outside and the owner has a dog, dogs are not allowed as he doesn't want them peeing on his stuff. Suspect the 100 odd year old coping and bird baths have put up with a lot worse than a bit of dog pee over the years.

Went today to find a chimney pot as a temporary replacement. Every item I saw was priced and hugely over priced so you expect to haggle. Oh no, chap I saw was very unfriendly from start despite me having my 7 year old son with me. Said they were not reducing any prices as they were shipping to America and doing so well. With a yard full of so many chimney pots, and the USA really has a need for those don't they, then you have to doubt the reality he lives in. So, first visit on my renovation of our £2 million pound property and that's my last. Never, ever again. DO NOT waste a minute visiting this yard.

We have had two very successful visits here. On the first trip the owner took the time to help us to find the perfect elm beam for our fireplace. He then went the extra mile to deliver it very quickly so we could dry it for fitting. On the second trip we found two excellent chimney pots. On both occasions, the owner was friendly, knowledable and happy to help. We look forward to returning for trip three as we continue our restoration.

Not the first place I have visited and just astounded at what they ask for things. It is crazy that reclaimed stuff is so expensive or more expensive then new. Shouldn't these companies be a bit more reasonable in their pricing as families struggle enough already. It's a great thing to try and reduce waste or add to the throw away culture that is today but jeez give hard working folks a break.

We made our first visit to Cotswold Reclamation last weekend and found the owner to be down to earth, engaging and helpful. We were impressed by the covid safety measures in place; there were signs asking people to wear masks outside and the owner had told us about the requirement when we phoned asking about stock. A very well managed and stocked business and the owner was most helpful in assisting us find what we were looking for. Thoroughly recommend a visit!

What a great place! We have been renovating our cottage for a few years now, and we have used Cotswold Reclamation. We have purchased stone roof tiles, fabulous condition with no defects. On top of this we also had oak flooring, which was finished off to the spec advised to us by Adrian the owner. We were over the moon with this. Given that the service was superb, we returned and had all of our doors hand made to measure, again we took advice on the finishing and accessories needed. We can’t recommend Cotswold Reclamation enough. Simply the best at what they do!

Just happened to be in the area today and popped in looking for a fireplace. The owner was really helpful, they had loads of options from all sorts of eras and lots of price points. Came away with with one and a couple of other items as well. Really covid safe for anyone worried and the owner was really friendly and provided great service. Only warning is you might need a van for when you come away with more than you thought you would!
