Absolutely outstanding care my husband saw GP on the day the appointment was made and referred to the ent consultant within a week. We only waited 15 minutes to be seen and received a warm welcome and excellent care thank you to all involved

Wow the difference in my last 2 vists whilst here in December was horrific to the point I wouldn't want to return I. Currently in hospital and I can't fault anything I was through a/e in less than 5 hours which I think is very quick at these times and the ward staff are just amazing as ever thank you all who have been involved in my care I would of gave 5 star but unfortunately it took longer to get a bed than getting through a/e

Nightmare experience with specialist dentistry , medical mistake with a crown refused to refit it and also completely ignored a restorative dentists report to refit it despite sending me there for a report , wanted me to be a cat 2 patient and be discharged to a mainstream dentist knowing I could not cope with it , I complained and they got rid of me and they used the excuse of I needed restorative dentistry but I needed that when they took me on , just paid £1,400 at a private dentist for 3 fillings and sedation work they claim they cannot do , also they told an ombudsman I was now under the care of Somerset NHS Foundation Trust and I phoned up and was told that was totally untrue , so draw your own conclusions about what they are like , utterly shocking service and patient care.
