Bought a sofa and chair here a few months back as our dog had damaged the previous one and couldn’t afford to buy another brand new .
Looked fine and I tested out the chair which was comfortable .
What they didn’t advise was that the sofa had broken springs which has worsened and is now partially unusable which defeats the object of buying it in the first place . My partner contacted the manager who gave us a partial refund but I would prefer it to go and be reimbursed so that I can buy one fit to use .
Will be contacting the manager again and will leave another review based on experience . The only plus was the wee man who delivered it who was very helpful in getting it into the house .

Nice staff, great for furniture, but this shop has went way downhill. The clothing prices used to be reasonable, but they have been slowly hiking prices up on certain items if it is a brand name. Prices are so high on some things they are not shifting i.e a Pandora leather bracelet/necklace with a charm or two, priced at £90 (was over £100 at one point) this item has sat in the store for at least 6 months. You can buy the bracelet brand new for around £40. Sad to see, used to shop in here all the time.
