After they recovered my vehicle after my accident, they where very helpful in every way.
They collected all of my belongings together and kept them safe until I was able to collect them.

Had Wakefields recover my cayenne home with the Volvo tilt and slide due my crank pulley failed what a amazing experience the guy who recovered me from Tattershall back to Nottinghamshire was a legend had a good laugh on the way home and he was really professional and could tell he was dedicated to his job thanks for recovering me car home safe would definitely recommend

I had a the misfortune to meet a Wakefield Autos support van driver who suffers from road rage.
While I take full responsibility for cutting the driver up. His reaction was way over the top and very abusive.My grandson started crying as he didn't understand what was happening .
I did report this via the company website but got no reply.
On a positive note the company will be glad to know that the driver admitted that he never makes any mistakes at all .

We were stuck 2hrs from home with our 6month old daughter a Liam was sent out quickly and found the fault quickly... Because we was safely in a car park he wasn't willing to patch up to get us home because he wasn't sure how far we would get and didn't want us stranded in the middle of nowhere... We had a tow truck out shortly after and was taken back home safely... These guys do not get paid enough for what they do... Thank you for your help

Many thanks to Julie for getting a recovery truck and checking on me regularly after my car broke down on Monday. AA were useless and I couldn't speak to anyone there. AA were unable to respond in less than 8 hours but Wakefield were there in less than half that. Thanks again.
