My brown bin and another from a neighbour close by should have been collected Monday. Today is Wednesday. I was told I should have reported it Tuesday and I think the chap said I must ring tomorrow about it.
Another 10 minutes spent pressing this number then that number.
Is this person not empowered to write down details and leave it for someone tomorrow to deal with it? I live in a slum area which is thanks to Walsall Council.

I live in a block with 9 flats and there's another block next to us, we all share 3 large bins, 2 of which are for general waste which are emptied weekly which I really have no complaints about other than the fact they fill really quickly seeing as they're serving 18 flats which mostly house multiple occupants.
The 3rd bin is for recycling and I cant count on 2 hands how many times this bin doesn't even get emptied & myself aswell as other tenants have sent multiple emails complaining about it, it is only scheduled to be emptied every 2 weeks anyway, we recently had a new bin as the old one had a dodgy wheel which had to be fixed multiple times, the collections team were using it as an excuse not to empty it, that's when they actually admitted to not emptying it as many times they lied and claimed it was empty when it was in fact overly full, 1 bin between 18 flats isn't enough as it is but when it doesn't get emptied it's even worse!

Their service goes to show how little they give a damn.

Firstly, they broke the lid off my bin, after pressing them to deal with it, I was told it's my problem and I have to pay for a replacement. Genius.
Secondly, I recycle pretty much everything. So this morning, I left them a big bag in the top of the green bin, in addition to our usual load- they've torn it open, left recycling all over the place and now it's had to go in with the rubbish. Utterly lazy, simple job, learn to do it.

It's not the first time they've left recycling/rubbish, and probably won't be the last. Sorry guys, you need to step it up, rather than hanging round the back of the lorry chatting.

Shocking service the chap in the call centre refused to give me his name and take my complaint. He cut me off. Pay council tax for a shambles of a service.

Useless service. Leave rubbish on the floor when they fail to dispose of it properly. Never on time. Dont bother ringing these bungling amatuers, they hardly ever pick up. Shocking service.

If i could give a minus star I would they only half emptied my recycling bin they left a yellow tag saying there was something that shouldn't be in there my husband went right through the bin and could find nothing that shouldn't be in there I phoned and complained and was basically told tough you'll have to get rid of it yourself what a great service we get but I'm pretty sure they'll still collect my direct debit for my council tax on time with no complaints

The boy's do a generally good job, sometimes struggle to get the bins back to the correct house but with further training they could master this.
