Great little gem of find. Maybe difficult for disabled to get around. Lovely little tea shop with a gorgeous garden area. Homemade Scones with clotted cream and jam and tea were amazing. Staff were friendly and there's lots of items the browse/buy of different ages.

Had afternoon dinner and drinks here with the family for mother's day. then spent 3 hours looking around the antique shops and areas. It's a massive location and need to go back again to look more. Fantastic staff and a really friendly place to visit.

A great place to explore and to sit and eat too. Clean, welcoming tea room and a lovely garden with the river running down the edge of it. You need to give yourself a good couple of hours to look round everything. There are lots of different rooms and containers to look though. Old and New items, furniture, tools games, ornaments, books, clothing, chocolates and sweets etc.

Great collection of individual containers and rooms, not too many cabinets and good pricing. The staff are friendly and approachable, a lovely place to visit, but no WiFi, so it's made finding our way home a bit tricky.

Absolutely fabulous. Lots of containers and 2 farm houses full of antiques and more.
Beautiful restaurant and café set in amazing surroundings.

An Aladdin's cave of treasures both vintage, antique and unusual either in the main areas or in crates that are set out by each dealer.
If you had a "something" in mind or "I'll know it when I see it" kind of attitude then you most certainly could find it here along with other delightful "must have" treasures.
Many of the areas are themed for example vintage clothes to vintage tools to hand made soaps, a Victorian sweet shop and a blacksmith making garden furniture and ornaments.
There is a tea room with eating inside or out depending on the weather. Delicious food and cake to die for. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a large carpark and one way system for entering and leaving.

Lots of nik naks stored in old shipping containers, was a nostalgic trip down memory lane.
The little tea shop was nice, they have a 5* food rating and the food was lovely even though it was on the large side.

Lovely place to have a wander around the antiques and garden furniture along with new house and kitchen wear. There is a lovely cafe which serves hot drinks, snacks, lunch and delicious cakes. The reason it doesn’t get 5* is that parking is tight (and can be muddy) and once visited the stock does not change much in 12 months. I would still recommend a visit though as in the summer there is lovely outdoor seating.
