Big place with lovely people, easy to work with them. From outside looks tide for entering with a lorry, but once you enter, you will find huge space for maneuvering with a lorry inside the yard.

Well I have been outside waiting to come in for nearly an hour . Now waiting for 1 to get loaded so another 45 to an hour . Been up since 03.35 fancy a cup of tea but not allowed out the truck for anything..why is beyond me as I am in full PPE I am hot thirsty and not impressed by lack of consideration towards the driver here can't have windows open as it smells and lots of flies . Not good

Absolutely useless. I have been trying for 2 hours solid to get through. Paid for a new bin 2 months ago after moving house. No bin has ever arrived but they're telling Winchester CC it has been delivered and they've been doing regular collections.. Even though 5 days ago they had apologised it hadn't been delivered because of a backlog. Winchester CC are just as useless to be honest, and they wonder why people fly tip.

I was an original customer of CSG which then transferred over to Biffa, since this transfer of service it's been horrific, I can genuinely say they are one of the worst businesses I have ever had the displeasure of working with, multiple missed collections & billing issues, i've raised my concerns many times but the service doesn't improve, the customer service is also very poor when trying to resolve issues. My advice is if you need a commercial waste collection service - use anyone else!!

why is it none of you hardly ever answer the phone. head office customer service i hung up after 11 minutes wasted waiting for an answer.

locally held on for more than 7 minutes before i had to hang to answer our telephones.

absolutely appalling, you cannot call what you are providing a service

Terrible service in Winchester. Always late, with rude and dishonest drivers. Smashed into my parked car, not even accepting liability.
