I can't fault them in the slightest, they came up cheaper than the other local companies I got quotes from, the skip arrived when specified and was put exactly where I needed it.

It was collected as requested which ended up being a couple of days early as the job completed ahead of schedule.

I'd have no concerns in recommending them or using them in the future.

Leeds skip hire was the cheapest company that I got quotes from and a lot of the time that can mean poor service. However I cannot rate them highly enough, service was fantastic, allowing me to keep the skip for slightly longer than the contracted time without any fuss. Really helpful when contacted and picked skip up quickly. Will definitely use again when I need a skip.

1 week skip hire is still here after 2 weeks. Paid extra to have skip delivered after 9am - it arrived at 8:30. Was told to just use the web app to arrange collection when I was ready - I did this on the Tuesday and didn't find out until Friday when I got an email reminder that this hadn't worked. Spoke to someone on the phone who said it would be collected "early next week" but promised to mark it as a priority when I said I needed my parking space back. Following Wednesday the skip is still here so I called again and was told it *should* be collected by Saturday, because "it can take up to 5 working days and you didn't authorise the collection until Friday". Was told again that I'd be marked as priority, but I honestly think he was just trying to get me off the phone. I've used Forge Recycling in the past and will go back to them next time!
Edit: skip is still here on the following Saturday - 11 days after I first notified them it was ready for collection and 8 days after the acknowledged the notification.

Wilko dropped off and collected a skip from my address. It was a tricky drop and even more difficult to pick up but his attitude never wavered. Not only did he make it look easy but did so with a smile on his face. Fantastic person and brilliant service. Would happily recommend!

Booked a skip online that was then cancelled "due to technical issues" that no one had the decency to call us about until we called them to see where the skip was, then rebooked over the phone to which we explained the skip was to go on a verge outside, on the day the driver turned up and refused to put the skip down because his manager hadn't done the permit and then when trying to explain to the person on the phone what had been explained to us we got a torrent of abuse back including being sworn at. AVOID AT ALL COSTS DO NOT USE
