I am a business owner so I rely on Biffa to collect my various waste and handle it efficiently. In my dealings with them they have been very good across all areas. The drivers and collectors are very friendly and go out of their way to help, there's never any spilled waste. For minor things I've contacted Craig Moore who is extremely responsive and fast in dealing with things. He's the business improvement manager but he sorts things out even though these are day to day operational things he doesn't have to get involved with to be honest. But he does and the Swindon depot are quick to act. So just a quick review to say thank you to Craig Moore and the Biffa Swindon team. Waste collection is an important thing to get right, particularly as I'm in the hospitality industry with lots of different types of waste to dispose of. I can depend that Biffa will collect my business waste and their credentials in the management of waste are excellent. All great reasons to choose them for your own business.

We've used Biffa for a few years at Bible Society here in Swindon.
Following a competitive tendering exercise, they remained the best value option.
Criag, our local account manager, has been particularly helpful in further reducing our costs, and also assisting with additional waste clearance following an office overhaul.
We are particularly pleased with the sustainability aspect of this contract. Using a local contractor who generally recycles most of our waste massively reduces our carbon impact. It's also important that the remainder doesn't then go to land fill but is incinerated for electrical generation. This all fits our drive towards sustainable creation stewardship.

Over a lengthy period I experienced several ongoing issues with Biffa relating to uplifts, billing and recorded business postcode location. Despite continuous calls to customer services, who were most helpful, understanding and giving assurances that my concerns would be resolved with the Depot, little changed.

Seriously considering an alternative service provider, I received a phone
call from Craig (Business Improvements Manager). He assured me he would personally look into this situation and contact me once resolved, which he did.

Although early doors with (Christmas & New Year in between), it has now been 6 weeks with no issues. From 0* to 4* I would like to say 5* time will tell - thank you Craig.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! They missed so many collections, so I had to leave as they wasn't providing the service I was paying for. Now they are trying to charge me for an exit fee and have even increased it even after putting in a formal complaint! They do not care about small businesses, they are a disgraceful company! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Used Biffa for a supposedly convenient service. End up paying for bins that were mistakenly delivered and abandoned at our neighbours farm for over a month - Were charged when the seasonal business is closed for 6 months of the year for no reason (despite being sold the contact on the basis that it's a pay-as-you-go service i.e. no charges when no collections needed) - Cancelled the contract yet still invoiced for the remainder of the year, despite giving the required amount of notice - Still trying to charge us now, having already confirmed account termination, for the collection of their own property!
Absolute disgrace of a company who are only interested in collecting your money, rather than your waste! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

do not go with this company.
wheely bins are expensive. they will charge "wasted journey" if you forgot to put your bins out.
when you use bags you think they wont charge much, they still charge wasted journey.
they on too they still charge if your business is not opened. even on covid19 period.
