Absolutely dreadful, hidebound in a sluvenly process driven beaurocracy with little consideration of common sense. Cannot get past the gate guards on the telephone. I recieved text message telling me that they do not respond to e mails - then why put an email address on the web site. As they would not reply to the email I delivered by hansd a letter addressed to the doctor. The response came from the office telling me the doctors do not get to see letters use the App!
Now, because correspondence (email) from my wife's consultant sent 2 weeks ago, requesting 'a repeat prescription be created was quote only info to the doctyor, so nothing will be done. Get the consultant to re-send the email". Attempts to discuss this have been frustrate by the gate guards 3 times and today (20/11) we are told that "a doctor will call on 02 December. We are now looking to escalate this to a formal complaint.
