Ordered online with click n collect. Can pick up after 30mins of click and collect which is very helpful. Lots of parking outside, easily accessible here. Had to get refund as parts weren't the right ones but no issue with refund. An improvement would be if they took Amex here but other than that a good experience.

Crap service, ordered 3 parts for click and collect, waited for the confirmation email and headed to the store. Sat waiting for 15 mins while they searched for the parts to be told they didn’t actually have one of them in stock. Complete waste of time and staff not helpful in resolving the matter.

Absolutely disgusted by the attitude of the staff at this branch. Zero customer service skills and give you the worst prices. It’s a shame as every other branch I’ve used has been pleasant. One star is too generous.

Ordered 2 brake discs online, when i went to collect them I was given 1 box which the shop assistant ensured me had both discs inside. When I got home i realised there was only 1 disc in the box, and it was the incorrect disc. A week later I returned to the store for a refund as I had since sourced the correct discs from elsewhere, only to be told I was lying and that I would have been given 2 boxes and that I could not have a refund.
Avoid this place at all costs, I am now out of pocket and have 1 single disc for the wrong vehicle.

I don't know how shop in general works but the guy at the till is absolutely useless,don't help with anything,give you wrong prices,is not helpful at all when you look for item.
