The Carvery here is excellent. £5.50 and the range and quality of veg knocks spots off pubs charging lots more. The meat is always nicely cooked too. The staff are nice and the proceeds go to Mencap. Recommended

We have been members of this organisation since it's formation, they do fantastic work in caring for the needs of both children and adults with a learning disability. They have an excellent cafe serving hot and cold food, substantial helpings of good quality food with very reasonable prices. Well worth a visit!!!

Good for bargains, good for meals and catering also have free family fun days every wenderday during school holidays with lots of activities, excluding Christmas holidays when centre closed for the holidays. Everyone welcome to go to Durham Cathedral when they do an annual Nativity performance.
