Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the lovely chap who came to rescue me at 6 last night! As a female stranded on my own I was made to feel so safe, had a lovely chat with the chap who explained everything to me as we went. Got my car home safe and was so helpful. Waited 5 hrs for recovery to arrive in Wetherby last Friday, not great as a female driver however accepted that due to time of year. MPV came via my report to my AA breakdown policy. Nice chap, told me he couldn't find any faults on diagnostics and said it was safe to drive. Lost speed, limp mode again before Harrogate (very dangerous, esp in dark + busy traffic). Decided not to even contact AA again, just needed to get bk home to Lancashire. Slow, difficult + scary trip back. Had it looked at by my local mechanic and unbelievably it's showing 22 faults inc major issue with the timing belt (totally u safe to drive). Absolutely shocked at the less than meticulous service from MPV. They didn't reply to an email/phone calls I attempted last Friday and likewise trying to ring them today has been fruitless. They need to ring me and send me their diagnostic report on my car from last Friday - please do this TODAY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Used to be decent but now an absolute disgrace. Took our car following recovery. One week - not one update or call. No idea what was happening. Nobody ever answers the phone, as in ever. Eventually went there, to be told they couldn't get the part - they said they would return the car to us but would charge us £96 for the privilege. Avoid at all costs.

Great service & so helpful. We broke down they were very quick & extremely helpful the driver took us to our hotel helped my 83 yr old mum in & out of the recovery truck and with our luggage into the hotel. They kept in contact everyday until the car was repaired & managed to find a reasonable priced part. All staff are lovely & so helpful. I would higly recommend them.
