I got a BMR, VO2max, blood tests, Dexa and dexa bone scan. Process was very good. The results were explained very clearly. I have contacted my doctor to dig into the results a little more and I am in the process of implementing the diet and exercise recommendations as we speak.

I really can't recommend My Vital Metrics more strongly. I came for a DEXA body composition scan and had a fairly good understanding of the information I'd receive, but was still so surprised by the wealth of information this provided. Harry walked me through all the different results, how to interpret them and the key takeaways, and recommended some follow-up actions based on them.

I honestly think this would be so valuable for anyone, regardless of health or fitness goals. I'm sure I'll be back!

Love this place. Its definitely expensive but if you have the means- its an amazing thing to do. The staff is all really amazing and have good bedside manner as in they wont make you feel bad about results and are very matter of fact and supportive. Harry in particular is amazing! He is very calm, insightful and makes coming in a great experience. I originally bought the pack of two dexas and didnt realize there was a time constraint on using them and they still let me use them anyway and have been very accommodating of my schedule changing when they didnt haver to be. All around great company and great people!

I had my DEXA full body composition scan here and found it to be very useful. It’s much more accurate than the InBody results I’ve been getting at my gym. Ali was great at explaining the results and helping me with a plan to improve on those metrics. I also was given 3D body scan so I can compare myself to this version as I progress. Will be using them going forward as I progress.

My first visit to My Vital Metrics in London, and I didn't know what to expect but overall it was a good experience. I was seen by Alicia, who was excellent at putting me at ease, guiding me with the various tests and most importantly explaining the test results. I hope to make this a twice yearly visit, as I was impressed with the method of testing and test results.
