Disappointed. I saw the place on social media and being a fan of this sort of thing I was excited to get in there. Most things are at least double what you’d expect, staff are nonchalant at best. No deals to be had, it’s as if they’d rather let everything rot rather than sell it. Good stock of stuff in terms of quantity, lots of it is rotten and nearing beyond saving yet still has a price tag on it indicating it’s a mint condition antique. No haggling to be done they’re not interested. Gutted that a place with stock like this is going to rack and ruin.

I love this yard! It’s reasonably priced and it stacked with all kinds of goodies.
We perfectly matched brick and floorboards in our Regency house from here. It’s such a good match you’d never know.
Delivery is really fast and reasonable too so we didn’t have to wait long for anything we couldn’t fit in the car. Meaning we could crack on quickly with work. Highly recommend 👌🏼

Welcoming and helpful. I needed cast iron guttering and was finding it difficult to find somewhere that had enough of one size. I patiently went through their stock and found exactly what I wanted. It had rained, so I will take Wellington Boots the next time.

This yard has a comprehensive stock of reclaimed goods. Most are easily accessible in the yard and indoors.
Old wood beams, iron grates, peg tiles, leaded windows and so much more.
The prices to appear to me to be on the expensive side, but again a personal judgement.
The ground can be muddy, and the yard dogs do leave mess in the pedestrian areas, so beware.

Great place to explore, lots to see and touch, very wide range of goodies from a church pulpit, manor house gates and statues, to hinges and antique chimney pots. Some interesting prices to be had too.
