The receptionist was friendly. The wait was short but there were three people in the room for the scan and none of them smiled or tried to make me feel at ease. I found them a little cold.

This medical practise is best out of the local ones. Ive had positive experiences every time ive had appointments. The centre is kept clean and tidy waiting times is good self check in machine is handy and staff on desk and phone have always been helpful friendly and caring.

The facility was easy to find, although I drove past the car park entrance not realising it was there. Very handy to have a car park so close to the building if your mobility isn't great. I was quickly checked in at reception and directed to the waiting area. I was glad I got there early as I was given a detailed form to fill in. I was soon seen for my appointment and I am now awaiting my results. All quite efficient and well organised.

I went here for an ultrasound scan last night, I was very impressed with the Medical centre which stands out like an oasis in a desert, the people in this run down area are really lucky to have such a modern facility.
Parking was easy, arrived early for my appointment and was seen 30 mins early. The 2 staff in the Ultrasound were first class. Try being respectful to the staff it reaps dividends.

I came here today for a scan, whilst sat in the waiting room to be seen I could hear the women at the reception behind me having personal conversations loud regarding how awful their 11 hour shift is & their personal life, they then went on to take incoming calls from people on LOUDSPEAKER!!!!! No courtesy, if that were my call being taken on speaker for everyone in the waiting room to hear I'd be livid, honestly I haven't even been seen yet & so far 15 minutes past my appointment time, still waiting it's not been great so far let me tell you !

Skeptical of travelling to this place for a recent scan after reading some of the reviews here, but everything went fine. The place was clean, well maintained, and had plenty of seating. Receptionist attended to us quick and we were waiting only 3 min before we were seen by the team.

Health centre is ok - but driving there and navigating the horrific, narrow and pot hole filled roads and double parked streets everywhere is not enjoyable whatsoever - this was in the middle of the day too. Refuse to come back in future on that basis as it's just an awful location to get to and you don't feel safe.

Attended for MRI scan and was impressed with both the facilities and service. Reception staff were helpful, MRI staff were kind and explained everything clearly. Very efficient service. Thank you.
