Shop staff were lovely but the delivery man who came to collect items to sell raised his voice and told my dogs to shut up because they were barking but secured behind a dog gate in my bedroom.
Then told they me they would take the kitchen cupboards but upon arrival said no because I took the doors of to save space in the van because of all the blk bags.
They should tell you this when you offer things for free

Volunteered here once but it was about 11 years ago so hopefully the judgemental staff will of been sacked or left by now basically said they didn't want me as a volunteer as I've struggled with self neglect should of took them to court for descrimination hopefully whoever runs it now does a better job then the two members of staff 11 years ago.

Bought a sofa from this shop and the delivery men went above and beyond the call of duty. Had trouble getting it through doors but they persevered and took doors off and managed to get it in. We are so very grateful to them and they are a credit to your shop. Thank you so much
