I would most definitely look at this beautiful care home. If you are thinking of sending a beloved loved one into a home. This place is extraordinary and the staff are friendly beautiful kind hearted ,hard workers. It’s just like home from home. The management are brilliant they go above and beyond too make sure your loved ones are happy etc. Please go look and see just how outstanding the place is, you will truly feel relieved and relaxed too know your loved one is in such a beautiful home from home. Absolutely appalling home, my dad was booked in for 2 weeks rest bite on the ground floor, he only stayed 3 days before I took him home. Rooms were filthy and tiny, broken furniture and bed not working. Laundry managed to lose most of his clothes and he returned home wearing somebody else’s trousers and shirt !!
Food was awful, my dad is on a soft diet due to swallowing problems what he was given was slop on a plate swimming in gravy no presentation at all so I was not surprised that he refused to eat it .
Staff are rude, nobody wears their masks properly all just covering their mouth or used to keep their chin warm, this is clearly obvious by looking at the videos and photos posted on the homes Facebook page.
The senior cater that administers dads medication was impatient he struggles to swallow so needs to go slow and drink plenty. She came in and pretty much rammed them down his throat leaving before he’d even had a drink.
Management well where do I start don’t know if the stench of cigarettes or alcohol was more over powering, every time I asked to speak to her she had just popped out for a break and I was promised she would get back to me, she did once !
After reading the reviews for this home I’ve now realised that they only have a high rating because it’s actually the staff that are writing the good reviews !

Such a loving caring home,You’re welcome by all the staff and the manager Debbie is approachable, You can see the residents are happy and I can’t thank them enough for what they did for our family member, it’s lovely hearing the residents and staff laughing together, Nothing is to much trouble the staff are very helpful and you can see they genuinely care, Definitely recommend.Thank you again for all you did for us as a family.
