Fathers been waiting 3 weeks for a Dr's letter for a Blue Badge application. Due to the delay from the surgery, holiday, off work, only 1 person can print the letter etc etc, his application has expired and now has to wait 6 weeks to reapply.
This is not the first time they have let him down but at least it wasn't life threatening, this time.

During Covid 19 I finally managed to get at appointment to have my blood pressure taken so I could finally have more pills!
I have NEVER felt more judged in all my life than what I felt when the nurse was asking me questions and telling me about not being ‘safe’ and the risks like I was a child!!

After finally being asked why I stopped taking my pill I then told the lady I wasn’t given any more until I had an appointment, she then said well you need to be persistent.. I was, your staff just need to know how to pick up the phone when I was ringing CONSTANTLY for 5minutes and again the day after, when I was the only person calling as I wasn’t on hold! I had a job to get back to, I can’t stay on the phone ringing and ringing for ever. I asked the pharmacy if they were able to give me a months and they said I needed to speak to my doctors... HA ok.

Not even worth the 1 star on this occasion. My husband phoned triage at 8.00am this morning, Friday. Having been told doctor would phone back. The doctor apparently phoned after 2 rings put it down. I phoned to clarify the doctor would phone back he didn't. Its now 8.35pm and no doctors call! I phoned at 6pm and was assured that the dr was busy but would definitely call all patients on the triage list. My husband has been in pain and discomfort all day with the feeling of nausea. The doctor should be ashamed im assuming he thinks that if the pain is bad enough my husband would ring 111. If my husband becomes seriously ill over the weekend reepham doctors will be to blame!!

I have recently had an excellent experience both with a GP and a nurse practitioner, who listened and respected my point of view and were fully up to date on latest information. The receptionist team also have been very quick to respond to messages. Thank you

A couple of times I have called for an appointment and been told a GP will call me, but they never have. I also had a 111 urgent referral for a GP appointment for my young child...the receptionist said she would get a GP to call back that day but they again never called! The system they have here is awful!

Nurse Practitioner Kathy Daniels is a great asset to the practice. She doesn't just want to treat the symptoms she has a determination to find the cause. 5* for Kathy Daniels.

Without doubt the worst surgery I’ve ever had to endure. They seem to get worse as well. Never call you back even when they say they will. Shameful service and can’t wait to change practice

I visited Reepham surgery today, it was something I was quite anxious about doing. Everyone was very helpful especially the doctor I saw. I believe he was called Dr. P Ager. He dealt with my problems in a professional and non-judgemental way. This really meant a lot .Thanks
