I urgently needed a M6 connector for a battery and Toolstation in Kidderminster saved the day. Quicker and cheaper than eBay for small engineering components and fasteners. Opens at 7.00am. Lady behind the counter was very pleasant and found the required item in seconds. Will definitely use again.
Ample parking in the car park outside the shop.

So I needed some new work boots as mine decided they were better suited to house water for the local gold fish. So had a quick look online and popped in. The store was well presented and clean. A staff member called Hannah greeted me and was very welcoming she promptly took my order With a smile and with virtually no wait I had my new boots. Good selection of promotional items was visible and overall a pleasant interaction thanks again Toolstation and Hannah.

May I just add, not everyone drinks hot drinks, some cans of orange Fanta for the tradesmen would go down a treat.
