The EEA and Norway Grants are funds provided by Liechtenstein and Norway with the purpose to strengthen European values, both socially and economically and also to strengthen their bilateral relations with the 15 beneficiary countries in Central and Southern Europe.

More specifically, the purpose of the Fund for Regional Cooperation is to support projects that address challenges European countries the partners of the project represent have in common through regional cross-border and transnational cooperation.
