Help Ukraine

The UN has today reported that the number of refugees fleeing the war in Ukraine has now reached 2 million people.

Our partner city Sumy is among the cities where humanitarian corridors have been opened to allow civilians to escape to safer parts in mainland Ukraine.

We are devastated over the horror Ukraine is going through and pray every day for peace and for the safety of our friends and colleagues.

Ukrainian cities have been shelled with artillery and air strikes have been made on public infrastructure. Many houses have been destroyed leaving people homeless.

They are now living in fear, trying to make it through each day as they hope to wake up from this nightmare that just a little while ago no one thought would become real. We have great admiration and are humbled by their bravery and heroism.

Meanwhile we keep track of the situation and are trying to do what we can to support them.

We have received details of two bank accounts owned by Sumy Hospital where money can be donated to help citizens of Sumy.

Every little helps, anything you can offer please check the details below to make a contribution.

Also please help us spread the word by sharing this post so we can get as much help as possible.

On behalf of our friends we thank you in advance. May there be peace for all. 🙏
